Aon Best Employers is designed to provide insights into how organizations create competitive advantage through their people and explores what makes a company a workplace of choice. During the study participating organizations are required to complete three diagnostic tools:
- Employee Opinion Survey which employees of participating organizations answer to measure engagement and satisfaction levels
- A questionnaire to be completed by the CEO of the participating organization to collect views on the business and people perspective of the organization
- People Practices Inventory (PPI) questionnaire about HR practices, to be completed by the HR function
